The closing of one year and the start of the new tends to be a moment when people decide to change a habit or lifestyle in a positive way. This is called a "New Year´s Resolution".

Why wait until a new year? Each new day brings an opportunity to do something in a new way.

Here is an activity to become aware of what you would like to improve and create your own "New Day´s Resolution":

Go over the events of the day each evening. Choose one area you would like to change. Write down one small action you can take to improve this. Put the notebook on your bedside table so you can see it when you awake, ready for the New Day.
